Because each candle is hand-poured and crafted using one-of-a-kind vessels, returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Because we’re a small, handcrafted business, our packing and shipping times may vary a bit — typically between 3-5 business days. Each order is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives looking as lovely as it left our studio.
We ship through various carriers, so delivery times may vary, and estimated dates are just that — estimates. Once your package leaves our hands, we’re no longer responsible for transit or arrival times, but rest assured, we’ll always do our best to get your candles to you quickly and safely.

Candles, wax melts, and similar products may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit. Because of this, Rekindled Relics cannot be held responsible for heat-related damage that occurs during or after delivery.
To help protect your order, we recommend shipping to a temperature-controlled location — such as your home or office — where someone can receive the package promptly. If packages are left outdoors or in hot conditions for extended periods, melting may occur.
We love making your candles extra special! If you have a custom request — whether it’s a particular scent blend, container style, label design, or gift message — just let us know at checkout or reach out before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate whenever possible and create something uniquely yours.

All of our classic containers and one-of-a kind vintage and repurposed candles are hand-poured using our very own organic soy wax blend formula and natural fragrance oils that are completely phthalate-free — because clean ingredients matter as much as a beautiful glow.
Each Rekindled Relics candle is hand-poured with care, so no two are exactly alike — and that’s part of their charm!
You might notice small variations or minor imperfections in the wax, but rest assured, they don’t affect the candle’s quality or performance one bit.
Because we use a 100% natural soy wax blend, our candles burn cleaner and slower than traditional paraffin, giving you more time to enjoy their cozy glow.
Each candle is a little work of art — beautifully unique, naturally made, and poured with heart.
When lighting your candle for the first time, let the wax melt to the edges before extinguishing. This first full melt creates the perfect memory burn — helping your candle glow evenly for hours to come. It may take 2–4 hours, but the slow start is part of the magic.
A bit of wax hang-up along the sides is completely normal — it often evens out as your candle continues to burn. If you notice more than about ¼" of wax left behind or a tunnel starting to form, your candle may just need a steady, longer burn to even things out. For best results, allow your candle to burn no more than 4 hours at a time.
Most candles will self-correct as they burn down, but if tunneling becomes severe, it might not be able to recover completely. Each Rekindled Relics candle is crafted with premium, tested ingredients, so with a little care, it will burn clean, even, and beautifully every time.
When your candle’s final flame fades, its story doesn’t end there. As your candle nears its end, stop burning with about ½" of wax left to keep your vessel safe for its next life. Let any remaining wax harden, then gently remove it and wash the vessel with warm, soapy water. Avoid boiling or harsh heat, especially with vintage glass — a little care goes a long way. Once clean, your repurposed relic is ready for its next chapter — a cozy home for trinkets, flowers, brushes, or simply as a piece of timeless décor. Because every vessel deserves to shine again.
Before each burn, trim your wick to about ¼" — it helps your candle burn clean and steady. A long or untrimmed wick can cause excess smoke, soot, or a little “mushroom” shape at the top (that’s just carbon build-up). If you notice that happening, simply trim it back once the wax has cooled. A little wick care goes a long way — keeping your flame bright, your vessel clean, and your burn beautifully even.
