Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Candles and wax products should always be used responsibly. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Always follow the candle care instructions provided.
We are not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
